AM:  Core lifts (hanging tucks, decline situp, cable crunch, hyper extension, plate twist, side bends) 5.32 easy miles -2 degrees this morning - very chilly, icy roads.  Then finished up with a few lifts (single leg heavy squat, medial leg ext., pull-ups, hip thrusts w/boce ball, star squats, calf raises on boce ball)

Lunch:  Coach J workouts + Core, theraband walks

PM:  7.98 miles easy

nice workout, I like the cross training, I need to start that.

geez, I am still in pain and shock from the game on Sunday. It was like they didn't even show up to play. Some bad coaching too I think- what was with that stupid on side kick. And resting Rodgers for detroit wasn't too bright either as he had three weeks of no activity.

sigh....... well, I am done with football for the year. I only watch the pack.

I think the Pack suffered from several things #1 Lack of rhythm due to not all playing together for the past 3 weeks. #2 Lack of focus due to the death of Filbrun's son. #3 Turnovers, it's very hard to pull off a win in the NFL playoffs with 3 turnovers.

Between the Badgers and Packers this year it was disheartening, but at least they made it farther than most teams this year. Could be worse, you could be a Viking fan!
